She must restore her home and that of her woodland friends in the aftermath of the wicked metal engines that drummed through the forest and left nothing in their wake but stumps and twigs.

The Fairies of Tasmania They are said to be little fluttering beings that nurse those that have been hunted into near extinction. We cannot see them nor their vanished friends, but they are always there, scurrying through the ferns and the tall grasses. Or so it has been said.
