Through a series of images Recollections captures the wistful and sentimental yearning of nostalgia. Each piece reimagines a moment, place or object that evoke the sensation of nostalgia by utilizing visual devices such as colour, design, point of view and surface quality. Images are produced using coloured pencils and wax pastel on paper then retouched digitally to recreate the idealized and ephemeral nature of reminiscence.
